In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings:

• "User" - Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Property Owner" - A User who lists a property for sale or rent.
• "Agent" - A verified real estate agent who helps Users.
• "Buyer" - A User who purchases a property through the Platform.
• "Listing" - Any property advertisement posted on the Platform.
• "Featured Listing" - A paid listing with premium visibility.
• "Content" - All information, data, text, images, and videos on the Platform.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

We offer different account types:

• Customer - Browse properties, book viewings.
• Property Owner - List properties for sale or rent.
• Agent - Manage properties and assist clients.
• Regional Officer - Manage properties in specific regions.
• Accountant - Manage financial transactions.
• Marketing - Manage campaigns and promotions.
• Customer Care - Provide support to Users.
• HR - Manage staff and employee records.
• CEO - Executive access to analytics.
• Super Admin - Full system access.

4. Property Listings

4.1 Listing Requirements

• All property listings must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
• You must have the legal right to sell or rent the property.
• We reserve the right to verify property information.

4.2 Verification Process

• All properties undergo a verification process before activation.
• We may request title deeds or other legal documents.
• Properties that fail verification may be rejected.

4.3 Featured Listings

• Featured listings receive premium visibility.
• A fee is charged for featured listings.
• Featured listings are non-refundable once activated.

5. Transactions

5.1 Property Transactions

• The Platform facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and agents.
• We do not act as a party to property transactions.
• We are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction.

5.2 Payments

• Payments are processed through our secure payment system.
• All payments are in Tanzanian Shillings (TSh).
• You agree to provide accurate payment information.

5.3 Commissions

• Commission rates are clearly displayed on the Platform.
• Commissions are payable upon successful completion of a transaction.

6. User Obligations

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.

6.2 Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for all content you post.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license.
• We may remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Platform and its content are owned by MakaziHub.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform.
• All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any.
